Creating product groups to organise your sales tunnel can be a good idea. This allows you to filter the catalogue more quickly or to filter shop product types by type.
For example: Gold / Silver / Bronze memberships with different durations, so you've made a group by membership type. Search for Silver product group and then the duration written in the product name. Or, conversely, create groups by duration and sort all the 6-month / 12-month open-ended memberships together and conversely search for open-ended then the type of membership.

HOW TO CREATE A PRODUCT GROUP ?
STEP 1 - GO TO THE CATALOGUE
Go to Settings > Catalogue > Product groups, and select + New Group.
Complete the 'Name of the group' field.
You can filter by product type using the icon on the right of the search bar:
The types of catalogue products which can be added to product groups are:
- memberships
- packages
- entry passes
- shop products
- bundles (with memberships, packages and shop products)
Useful information
Bolt-ons and test sessions cannot be added.
STEP 2 - SELECT THE PRODUCTS AND SAVE
Select and check the products to be added to the new group. Linking several types of products to the same group.
IMPORTANT
If a product is already linked to a group, it will not be possible to link it to a second group. Only one group can be created per product.
Once the products selected, Save. You will then be asked to confirm the number of products to be combined:
Click on 'Cancel' to return to the selection.
Click on 'Confirm' to validate the product group. However, if the entry is incorrect, the error will be displayed.
The product group is created.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Option of going to Settings > Catalogue > Products to add products, for example from the Membership category. Select a membership, choose the "Product Group" to add it to and save.
HOW TO EDIT A PRODUCT GROUP ?
To add or remove products from an existing group, go to Settings > Catalogue > Product group and display the associated products > Products in group.
Tick or untick the products in the group.
Then go to 'Catalogue products' and tick or untick the products selected using the filter.
A counter keeps track of the number of products added (+ figure in green) and removed (- figure in red).
When you confirm, the number of products added or removed is indicated and when you save, the change is made.
HOW TO REMOVE A PRODUCT GROUP ?
To remove a product group, go to Settings > Catalogue > Product group. Select a group from the list and click Remove Group.
A confirmation window appears:
Cancel returns you to your entry.
Confirm to remove the group.
About the deletion...
If a product group still has associated products, deletion will trigger an error message:
WHAT ABOUT THE SALES TUNNEL ?
To find a product group in the sales tunnel, use the search bar.
The group's products are displayed (unless there is a restriction or no price, which is how the sales tunnel usually works).
NOTES
- Only one product group can be entered in the search filter, and it is not possible to search for more than one.
- This makes it easier to filter products, such as proteins or membership types, for example.
Once you've selected the product, follow the usual back-office procedure and proceed.
