We’ve added new options to optimise the cancellation process. As well as improving other functionality within the software to make everyday tasks easier for you and your team.

THE NEW MUST-HAVES
- What’s new: Cancellation process enhancements
⭐️Have members sign a cancellation confirmation certificate.
When members cancel, you can choose to have members sign a cancellation confirmation certificate. The document can be printed directly upon cancellation or later by returning to the member file. To activate this feature, read this article.
⭐️Save time (and avoid duplication) by removing the communication step from the cancellation process.
The ‘Communication’ step in the cancellation process is duplicated if a cancellation campaign is set up within Smart Messaging. To fix this, contact our Support team and ask for this step to be removed from the process if the Smart Messaging campaign is activated.
⭐️Easily manage future bookings following a membership cancellation or suspension.
Cut no-shows and free up space for other members in classes and for other activities. When a membership is cancelled or suspended, you’ll be able to check for and cancel any future bookings that member had made.
