Are the activities on your club's schedule the same as those on the entire network to which your club belongs, and are they shared? You can set different booking and cancellation limits between your club and the network. This allows you to manage your own booking rules.

This article explains how to configure the booking rules once the feature is activated on your club.
STEP 1: GO TO BOOKING AND CANCELLATION RESTRICTIONS
To do this, go to Settings > Schedule and Bookings > Booking rights > Activities and select the activity concerned. In the following example, it's Aquagym:
Access to booking is open. Here, the selection is to restrict by memberships or units.
Next, open 'Booking and cancellation restrictions':
In this screen, there are 2 lists:
1. General restrictions: are the booking and cancellation restrictions configured for the entire network. The green dot indicates that the restrictions are active and have priority. To view them, simply click on the line.
2. Restrictions Club: are the booking and cancellation restrictions of your club.
STEP 2 : DEFINE THE CLUB RESTRICTIONS
To configure the club restrictions, select +DEFINE CLUB RESTRICTIONS:
Define booking restrictions
For this, select +ADD A BOOKING CONDITION
For example, choose to define a booking limit to 3 times a week. Once the rule is set, Save:

To remove the defined booking restriction, select the bin icon:
Define cancellation restrictions
For this, tick the box 'Define cancellation rules':
Once the rules are set, Save:
The green dot on the Club restrictions line indicates that they are active and have priority; general restrictions remain visible and can be consulted, but the grey dot indicates that they do not have priority.
