🚀 THE NEW MUST-HAVES 🚀
️Greater visibility of activity groups in the member area
A new filtering option makes it easier for members to quickly view the type of activities they’re looking for. By clicking on the icon, members can filter by activity type/group.
To activate and create your activity groups, go to this article.
Interface showing Memberships, Bolt-ons and Packs in the member area improved to provide more info
Multi-site operators with clubs that share activities and bookings can now set up club-specific rules
Where you have 2 or more clubs that share activities in the planning tool, you can now choose to set booking and cancellation rules on a by club basis.
For example, you have a club in London and one in Newcastle that both share the same group cycling activity. Members can book up to 24 hours before the activity starts. You can now choose to edit this rule and let members in Newcastle book up to 2 hours before it starts. Members in London will still need to book at least 24 hours before it starts.
Contact Support to have this feature activated.
Increase class occupancy by allowing members to book classes starting as they arrive
By allowing members to book onto classes and activities that are about to begin as they arrive, you can increase occupancy.
When a member arrives and sees that there’s availability for a class or activity that’s due to start soon, they can choose to book into it. To book, the member will use a reader at the entrance to the room/studio where the class/activity is taking place.
If a member has a membership where there are limits on class/activity bookings and the member has reached their limit, you can choose to allow them to take part in classes/activities at last minute like this.

⭐ OTHER NEWS ⭐
Addition of the ‘Parent/Guardian’ field on the member file and contracts
As part of the parental consent process for members aged under 18, it may be advisable to record the name of a parent or legal guardian on the membership contract. This is now possible and the option can be activated by contacting Support.
We’ve also added a 'parent/guardian’ field to the member file so that this information can be recorded and retrieved in the contracts.
