How to manage authorisations for minors to leave the club?

From the member file of a minor client, it is possible to indicate whether the client may leave the club alone or whether he/she must be accompanied and, if so, by whom.

FROM THE BACK OFFICE...

When a client is minor, you can access this section 'Exit permit' in their member file:

Thanks to this section, you can indicate...

• If the child is allowed to leave unaccompanied
• If the child can go out accompanied by a trusted adult
• Trusted adults can be simply with their names and first names directly in the appropriate field:

Several adults can be added. If needed, simply select Add a trusted adult:

FROM THE MEMBER AREA...

The person responsible for the minor in the family logs into the minor's member area as indicated in the article on the family module.

The management of the authorisation to leave the premises is then visible from the Account Settings.

It is managed in the same way as the member file in the back office. You simply indicate whether the child is authorised to leave unaccompanied or must be accompanied by a trusted adult.

Trusted adults can be indicated by simply adding their first and last names directly in the field provided:
