STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO ACTIVATING THE EGYM BRIDGE - XPLOR GYM
This authorisation to share Xplor Gym data is attached to this article. During integration, Egym will retrieve information such as the member's surname, first name and membership.
The disclaimer must then be completed and signed by the club or franchise manager . It should then be returned to your Xplor Gym advisor.
- Egym sends you an ApiKey that looks like this: eXHCeZ4UNsqH7zFzVlmtJaQ3FI3g6XUL. You then need to send it to Xplor Gym. You should also ask them for the Egym GymID and the club details (name, town, email) to create the test customer file. Then send this information to your Xplor gym advisor.
- Indicate whether you are going to use the link with the Egym machines or the Egym planning (or both!). This will tell us what to activate.
RESOLVING THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Nothing special to do. The data is automatically "adjusted" as required by Egym with the integration of Xplor Gym. No need to ask for accounts to be deleted and recreated.
You don't need to have started your membership to be synchronised, you just need to be listed in the Xplor Gym client database. Only active members are synchronised! (not prospects or former members).
