How to restrict the management of shop products and their prices?

It is possible to block the ability to create new shop products or manage new tariffs on user role configurations...

Need to limit the creation of shop products to a user role?

Simply contact your Xplor Gym advisor so that he can configure the ban on certain network profiles creating shop products. Tell him or her which profiles are concerned and the configuration can be adjusted.

Need to define the decision-makers for managing prices on shop products?
The idea is, on a network, to give the head office (administrators for example) access to the possibility of imposing tariffs or directing users to recommended public tariffs that they can view.

To activate this feature and to be able to define which user profiles can manage the pricing of shop products, you must first activate the function from the Xplor Gym backoffice Club Settings / Shop legal then tick the box "Activate the management of blocked tariffs and recommended public tariffs".ash 1.png

Tell your Xplor Gym advisor which profiles will be responsible for deciding on tariff offers (go to step 3 to find out the impact). They will then be able to configure your network according to the tariff decision profiles you have indicated.

With this right activated, the user has control over this parameter in terms of prices for shop products.

✔️Case 1 - A product's price list can only be managed if the user roles indicated to your advisor as "decision-makers" for shop product price lists are activated. To do this, the price list is configured as follows:

✔️Case 2 - The price of a product can be managed by all user roles with access to the catalogue, but a recommended public price is made visible for guidance. To do this, the price list is configured as follows:

✔️Case 3 - Both: the tariff can be managed by the user roles indicated to your advisor as tariff "decision-makers", and a recommended public tariff is displayed to them. To do this, the tariff is configured as follows:

✔️Case 4 - Nothing at all, price management is free for all user profiles with access to the products in the catalogue and no recommended public price is visible. To achieve this, the price list is configured as follows:
