New and Improved June 2024 Release

In our most recent release, we’ve made it possible for you to offer recurring classes and courses charged on a membership basis. 

In just a few clicks, participants can sign up to a recurring class/course membership and be booked on recurring sessions linked to this membership.

 🚀 The new must-haves 🚀

⭐️ Membership and recurrent bookings: win-win! 

Let customers sign up for a series of recurring classes on a membership basis. They’ll be automatically booked onto the classes/activity when they sign up – when you choose to offer recurring class/course memberships! 

For example, you want to run a course of beginners Pilates classes. Sessions take place every Tuesday at 3pm or every Thursday at 10am. With this new feature, all you need to do is sell the beginner’s Pilates membership, which will let you to place the member directly in the class at the recurring slot they've chosen. 

This feature is available on request from the back office or the member area.

⭐OTHER NEWS⭐ 

Better manage your users' permissions to planning resources. 

It’s now possible to manage visibility and actions on planning resources (activity, activity group, studios, coaches, and session map) according to the user's profile. Want club managers to be able to add new coaches, but not modify activities? Contact Support, so that they can modify roles using this new feature. 

A few additions to the Sale Prospecting Module. 

Remember the sale prospecting module? If you want full details on it click here! Our team has worked on a few additions to make that you have as much practical information as possible: 

  • In the list of prospects, you will now find a column showing the type of sales reminder in progress/completed (sales appointment, facility tour, other, etc.). And when you export a list of prospects, it will also show you the type of sales reminder, as well as the date the prospect was created, its value (hot, warm, cold, lost) and the status of reminders. 
  • On the sales reminder dashboard, you can now filter the results of reminders by salesperson and find out the conversion rate for each one!
