⭐️ Special offer codes can be used online!
You can now create offer codes that members can use online – directly from the member portal and joining process. Use this functionality when running promotional campaigns to let prospects benefit from money-off discounts, free months, or even membership extensions.
⭐Existing prospects can now complete Direct Debit Mandates during the online membership/bolt-on sales process
Signing up to memberships and bolt-ons is now even smoother for prospects who already have an online account (for example, those who’ve purchased a day pass previously).
These prospects can head to the shop, choose their membership package/bolt-on and complete their Direct Debit Mandates with bank details during the purchase process. This smooth experience makes it fast for these prospects to join and makes managing payments simpler for you.
⭐Making changes to planned cancellations/suspensions
Would a member like to call off a planned cancellation or suspension?
It’s now possible for them to do so directly within the online member portal. This option can be activated by heading to Settings > Clubs, and you can decide on certain cancellation conditions online.
⭐Editing cancellation reasons
It’s now possible to edit cancellation reasons where needed – for example, to correct an error. To activate this feature for one of your user roles, please contact the Support team.
⭐Customise your online joining process
You can now choose to have new members enter their company during online joining – great if you’re running corporate offers. And you can also choose to capture emergency contact details during the online joining process – making it easier to get this info upfront.
And if you want to take member photos at the club, this step can be deactivated from the online sign-up journey.
To add these new fields to your joining process, or remove the photo step, please contact the Support team.
⭐Anonymise sales people on sales documents
If you want sales documents that don’t show the names of the team member who made the sale, but still let you identify the seller, you can now do this.
Instead of a name, a unique identifier for the team member will appear on all invoices and credit notes for sales they’ve made. If necessary, a specific tag can be used to display this information in the contract.
