How often should the data on your dashboards be updated? 

Every two hours, indicators and graphs of your dashboards are updated to take into account the new data (clients, sales, payments, etc.) of your club on Xplor Gym.

You cannot see a dashboard, what should you do? 

Contact our support service so that they can activate it according to what was decided with your salesperson. 

 

Why does the number of clients differ from the Client dashboard to the Home dashboard? 

In the Client dashboard, the figures are calculated based on the population of active members at the club. You may notice a difference between these figures and those on your general dashboard in Home. The active member population on this dashboard does not count...

  • Members whose memberships start in the future. 
  • Members who have just cancelled their memberships and will get former members 48 hours after the end of their memberships. 

In this dashboard, you can see figures slightly higher than those given by the indicator of active members in the home dashboard.
