 🚀 The new must-have 🚀

⭐️ Brand new access control entry screen for staff!

The entry screen has been completely redesigned to provide a more intuitive experience for your team. Ideal for use on a remote screen – for example, at the club front desk or reception – the new layout makes it easy for staff to view and act on member entries in real-time.

As well as seeing who has checked in to access your club, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify any issues preventing entry
  • Direct members to the right studio for the class they’re attending
  • See details of future bookings

And more!

This makes it easier to stay in control of access at all times and provide a better access experience to members.

Want to switch back to the original entry screen layout for staff? No worries, simply click ‘Go back to the old version of this screen’ at the top of the screen.

Quickly identify leads created via your website with no sales activity against them

Have leads been generated via your website, but not yet assigned to your sales teams? Use the alerts dashboard to quickly identify these unassigned prospects. Enable ‘web prospect without any sales activity’ in settings to see this on your alert dashboard.

This makes it simpler for you to identify these leads. And apply a targeted follow up approach to convert more leads into sales.

More options for managing Direct Debit Mandate rules

Selling memberships in club? You can now manage rules around Direct Debit Mandates more specifically by user role and club.

Choose to let some users and/or club locations to set up members without a mandate where the new member doesn’t have their bank details readily available. Mandates can then be added at a later date.

For example, let your London location sell memberships in club without adding a mandate straight away, but require that your York location should require mandates immediately for all memberships sold. Or choose to let club managers sell memberships without adding a mandate immediately, but require that all sales managers can only sell memberships with mandates added straightaway.

⭐Allow a member without an entry pass through using simplified access control

Simplified access control is an access control mode that uses a yo-yo. Now you can let a member through without scanning an entry pass.

This means you can manage access even more flexibly, particularly when a member forgets or loses their entry pass.
