 🚀 The new must-have 🚀

⭐ Simplify how you sell by adding barcodes into the product catalogue

You can now add barcodes for products you sell in the product catalogue. Then use your own handheld barcode scanner to quickly find and sell products in club.

This approach: 

  • Saves time: Scanning barcodes avoids manual data entry. This makes it much faster to find a product – especially if you sell a wide variety of products.
  • Reduces errors: Scanning barcodes avoids input errors and the risk of selecting the wrong products. Each scan guarantees accurate and instant identification. 

Setting up barcodes in the catalogue is quick and easy. Once you've done this, your teams can simply scan the product at the time of sale to complete the transaction fast. Efficient for your teams and for your members!

⭐ Other updates ⭐

⭐Add a unique reference for products

Another field, ‘Unique reference’, lets you identify your products in a personalised way. When you make a sale, quickly find a product by entering its unique reference. 

Choose how to format this field. Enter numbers, letters, or a combination of the two – whatever works best for your business. 
  
Although this system is more manual than the barcode scanner, it is a practical solution, that can save time when serving members.

 

Choose when memberships bought on offer start 

Keep promotions aligned to your commercial objectives and plans by controlling when memberships bought on offer start.

We’ve added a tick box that lets you choose to have memberships bought as part of an offer start only during a specific period. For example, if you have a special offer in November for Black Friday, you can choose to have memberships using this offer start only in November.

⭐Highlight your privacy policy during the online joining process

The online joining process has been optimised to include a direct link to your privacy policy when a member account is created. This update provides greater transparency and makes members aware of how their data is used straightaway.

 

Customised accounting codes field can be made compulsory to avoid oversights

If you’ve set up a personalised group of accounts, you may forget to enter your personalised accounting code when you create a new product.

You can activate a safeguard to force you to complete this field when creating a new product in Settings > Clubs/Legal > Sign.

Simplify access for those accompanying minors 

Allow accompanying adults to drop off and pick up minors without being restricted by the length of time a token is valid. 

Recommended configurations: 

  • Adapted time slots: Define a possible entry 10 minutes before and up to 10 minutes after the activity. 
  • Unlimited use: Activate the ‘Unlimited use of token during set time limits’ option to allow multiple entries with the same token. 

These settings make it easy and practical for adults to accompany minors.

Secure signing of Direct Debit mandates in club

Direct Debit mandate information is now displayed directly on the signature screen. This feature lets members view and check the details before signing on the same screen. Giving members confidence and making the process smoother and more secure.
