How to configure the management of two languages for your contracts and invoices in Resamania?šŸ”’

If your club is located in a multilingual region (such as Belgium, Catalonia or Switzerland), the law requires you to allow your members to choose the language in which they wish to be served.

The Resamania feature described in this article introduces multilingual management within your Back Office, enabling you in particular to provide contracts and invoices in Flemish, Catalan, or any other language you may require.

If your clubs are subject to these obligations, you will need to provide our Customer Support team with a set of information, as well as contract templates (and invoice templates if required), and configure a few elements within your Back Office.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGStep 1: Contact our Customer Support team with the required information

To activate multilingual management in your Resamania Back Office, please gather the information and templates listed below and share them with our team:

ā˜‘ Your main language (French, Spanish, English, Italian...)

ā˜‘ Your secondary language (Flemish, Catalan, French, German, Italian...)

ā˜‘ Your contract templates in each selected language. You can refer to the article HERE

ā˜‘ Your invoice templates in each selected language. You can refer to the article HERE

ā˜‘ The names used for rejection invoices and their associated accounting codes. For example, ā€œFeesā€ in English, ā€œFraisā€ in French, or ā€œCostosā€ in Spanish. These labels may be displayed to your members during certain subscription-related operations. The associated accounting codes are intended for your accounting teams.

Terms & Conditions and opt-in waivers are not managed in multilingual mode

Opt-in waivers and Terms & Conditions are not currently handled in multilingual mode. If you want your members to access these documents in their preferred language, we recommend creating bilingual documents and adding them to your sales journeys.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGStep 2: Make language preference mandatory (optional)

This multilingual feature is managed for each member through their language preference. With the help of our Customer Support team, ensure that this preference is set as mandatory during member registration. This will ensure optimal multilingual behaviour across all customer journeys.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGStep 3: Translate your subscription names in the Back Office

Once the feature is activated, you can translate your catalogue products directly from your Back Office. Go to Settings > Catalogue, select the membership, you wish to translate, and under the Catalogue tab, click on TRANSLATE. You can then add translations for your subscriptions in the additional languages enabled in your Resamania environment.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGStep 4: Translate your legal notices and cancellation terms

In your catalogue, under the Pricing tab of your subscription, you can add legal notices and cancellation , the TRANSLATE button allows you to add translations using the same method as for subscription names.

From now on, during the sales process, the subscription name displayed in the basket will match the member’s preferred language. The same applies to contracts, invoices, legal notices, and cancellation terms.

In the following example, if a member’s preferred language is Spanish while the Back Office is in French:

1 The subscription name will be displayed in Spanish in the sales journey

2 The contract will also appear in Spanish
