Hi there,
This month, we’ve introduced new features to help you better manage sales, offer new membership models, and more.
Let’s get stuck in!
New features & enhancements
New sales pipelines
Sales Pipelines now include advanced monitoring tools. New dashboards give you daily visibility of follow-up activity from your team. Helping you track and analyse performance effectively.
Sales Pipelines now provide a complete CRM approach to managing lead generation, winning back former members, increasing sales within your existing member base, and running loyalty campaigns.
Everything works directly inside Resamania, including integration with Smart Messaging campaigns. Find out more in this article.
Offer quarterly, half-yearly, and annual memberships with automatic renewal
You can now offer memberships with quarterly, half-yearly, or annual payment schedules.
These memberships are configured as standard offers. For example, you can still apply prorated billing at the start. You can also opt to have these renew automatically.
See the related article and contact Customer Support to activate this option.
Add a deposit to memberships
Resamania now supports deposits as an advance payment model.
A deposit is paid immediately at the time of purchase and later returned to members as account credit to cover the final membership instalments.
See the related article, specifically the section “Need to add a deposit?”, for more details.
You can activate this feature and the dedicated export used to monitor deposit status by contacting Customer Support.
Issue invoices to a third-party payer
You can now separate the service beneficiary (the member) from the person billed for that service.
Invoices are issued in the name of the actual payer while keeping the member file unchanged.
For example, if a child’s membership is paid by a parent or legal guardian, invoices can be issued directly to that payer.
See the related article and contact Customer Support if you would like to enable this quick-to-configure feature.
Updated “Sessions Used” export
The Sessions Used export now provides more information about packs and associated sessions.
Three new columns have been added:
- Unit value
- Unit name
- Original pack name
The export also includes units consumed through access point entry and sessions offered to a guest or referral.
