Hi there,

This month, we’ve introduced new features to help you monitor your financial performance, better manage aggregator access, and gain deeper insights into bookings.

Our team is also continuing to invest in future platform improvements and regulatory readiness. So, Resamania remains compliant with evolving industry and financial requirements.

Let’s get stuck in!

New features & enhancements

Two new exports to help you monitor your financial data

Two new exports are now available in Finance > Management Exports to help you monitor your financial data and performance:

  • Payment and invoice activity tracking – track payment and invoice activity
  • Arrears activity tracking – track arrears and how they change over time

These exports provide a detailed view of each payment, together with a consolidated summary. They show changes in Direct Debit status (payment, rejection, re-presentation, indemnity claim, etc.) and always reflect the latest payment status.

So, supporting accurate and reliable tracking of Direct Debit activity – even when the status of a payment changes after it was first processed.

E-invoicing & regulatory readiness: Resamania is ready for future compliance requirements

You may be aware of increasing requirements around the digitalisation of invoicing and financial reporting across Europe and other markets.

Our team has been preparing these changes to provide a reliable, compliant, and easy-to-use solution.

Where regulatory reporting or e-invoicing requirements apply, the necessary data exchanges will be managed directly through Resamania. Dedicated exports will also be available to help your finance team review and monitor transmitted data.

These mechanisms are already in use in several countries and continue to evolve as regulations develop.

Helping you stay focused on running your business, while Resamania supports compliance requirements.

Control activity availability for aggregator partners

If you work with aggregators (brokers), some of your activities may be available through their platforms.

To give you greater control over access to your group classes, you can now prevent an activity from being booked through selected aggregator platforms directly from the Resources menu.

Find out more about this functionality here.

Enhanced bookings export

The Bookings export, available in Management Exports, now includes four additional columns.

You can now view aggregator-related information, identify whether a member has previously made a booking, and see the date of their most recent attended booking.

These new data points provide greater visibility into booking behaviour and partner activity.
