Requirements
I must have listed the product in the catalogue and I must have registered a member record for the buyer.

STEP 1: FOR ALL TYPES OF SALE...
Click on the button Make a sale at the bottom left-hand corner of the member file.
Then, go to the category of the product you want to sell. You can also use the search bar and type the name of the product. In the case of a shop product, go to the category "The shop".
Good to know
You can optimise the sales funnel with product groups. The advantage for sales consultants is to get a better view and a better organization of products.

Our tip for finding products easily during a sale💡
If there are a lot of shop products, using the barcode scanner is convenient.
- You can use the barcode system provided you have a barcode scanner OR use the unique reference system explained in the product creation article in the catalogue if you wish.
- You don't have to enter the product name in full, i.e. with the correct spelling.
For example: If I look for the product 'Iso Zero 100% Whey', I can enter its name this way and I will get the following results:
"Iso Zero 100% Whey Vanilla"
"Zero Iso Whey 100% Vanilla"
"Zero Iso Whey 100% Strawberry"
"Zero Iso Whey 50% Vanilla" is not in the search results.
STEP 2: ADD THE PRODUCT TO THE CART |
- Case 1 - There is only one price on the product to be sold.
I click directly on "+ Add to cart" on the price offer which appears directly.
- Case 2 - There are several prices on the product to be sold.
Click on the arrow on the product insert. The different prices for this product appear. To add one of the offers to the basket, I click on Add to the desired price.
Need to select a specific quantity?
Just click on the arrow you can see on the offer and select the number you want:
Once added, the basket summary shown on the right of the screen will take into account the new product. You can then click on Validate in the cart.
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE SALE |
Please select the means of payment the client chose. Here, a credit card payment.
Please click on “Validate payment”.
In the window I can see that the sale is saved:
If I want, I can print the invoice or send it by email. I can also go back to the member's profile.
