How to create an activity in resources?

Before creating the planning, you must first create the required “resources”, among which are the activities.

Provide the name of the activity.

You may assign, if you wish, a specific colour with the graphic tablet when clicking on the colour set by default.

You can choose the activity duration when clicking on duration in the drop-down menu. You can enter several durations for one activity.

The activity is generated. To be able to put it in your planning, you must also create your studios. To know how to do this, please click here.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 4 (bonus):  ORGANISE YOUR ACTIVITIES PER GROUP

If your club proposes a lot of activities, it can be useful to organise them per activity group to make it possible to filter according to the type of activity from the schedule in the back-office or in the member area.

To do so, just create an activity group from the ressources.

  • From Resources > Activity group, click on 'Add an activity group'.
  • Specify the name of the group, for example 'Cardio activities
  • Say if the group can be highligthed in the Schedule in the back-office or in the member area, or both
  • Next, define the activities contained in the group.

Good to know

When you create an 'Activity' resource, if the activity groups are already created, it is still possible to determine the activity group of this activity.
