After creating your activities, as well as studios and coaches in the Resources, you created the booking rights relating various activities. You can now create your planning in the back office.

STEP 2: CREATE A TIME SLOT

Once in your planning, pick a date on which you wish to schedule a class.

Select a time slot during which you wish to schedule the activity. If you click next to it, you can amend the time manually. Duration of the activity will be suggested next. A file pops up.

Then provide the remaining information:

- the studio in which the activity will take place

- the activity

- its duration (when going to resources, you may suggest various durations for one activity)

- the coach. In resources, you can generate a coach profile and then choose to assign him/her an activity. In this field, you may choose which coach will conduct the activity.

- the number of participants is necessary to watch and restrict your members’ bookings.

- online booking limit : you can define the maximum number of participants who can book online to one activity (the restriction defined on a class then replaces the restriction of the activity). The first box 'None' enables to link the number of participants to the restriction of online limit defined in the booking rights, and the second box 'Restrict to .... booked' enables you to define here and freely, the numbers of people who can book online.

STEP 3: NEED TO ADD AN INSTRUCTION OR LINK IN THE PLANNING ?

You can add class instructions from the activity slot (backoffice side).

URL links can be indicated in these course instructions and will be clickable directly from the member area (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom...etc).

To see the class instructions, the member can simply click on the bell (alert) viewable on the top of the time slot in the member area.

That's it, the time slot is correctly created!
