All types of member statuses🔍

Sky-blue, blue, red, grey… what do the colours of file members mean? What do the
corresponding statuses mean?

THE PROSPECT
The prospect has collected information on the club and left his details. However, he hasn’t
subscribed to a membership or a package yet.

THE ACTIVE MEMBER
The active client (blue) has subscribed to a membership or a package.

THE FORMER MEMBER
His or her membership or package has been over for two days. The member switches to the
“former member” status. He or she will come back to the “active member” status if the
membership is renewed.

THE BANNED MEMBER
The member has been banned thanks to the feature “close a member”. He is consequently
terminated.
