Just as it is possible to make the booking of members autonomous from the member area, you can book them from the back office.
STEP 1: GO TO THE PLANNING AND CLICK ON THE REQUESTED TIME SLOT
In the planning menu, click on the time slot in question. Then go to the “Participants” tab.
STEP 2: BOOK THE PARTICIPANT FOR THE ACTIVITY
In the Participants tab, click on the “add a member” box and search for a member, then click on the member to add them to the activity.
The member is now booked!
If the member has no membership or units to be booked...
A pop-up window notifies that the member has no membership or units required to book. You can then directly open the member file or make a sale from there.
Booking on a same time slot
Our teams can add a setting which prevents a member from booking on a time slot if there is already a valid booking on this time slot.
Ex.: For a member with a valid booking from 12 to 1, s/he is not allowed to book a class from 12.30 to 1.30.

Booking method
To know how the member booked for an activity, go to the member file of the member concerned, and to the tab 'Bookings'. On the line 'Booking method', you can see whether the member booked online or at the club, also the name of the person who dealt with the booking at the club desk. The line 'Booking means' refers to how the member booked, with a membership or a pack.
Tip: View the schedule by occupancy rate
If you wish to view your schedule with the occupancy rate of each time slot, use the button 'See the occupancy rate':
