How to register a member for an activity from the schedule ?

Just as it is possible to make the registration of members autonomous from the member area, you can register them from the back office.

Prerequisite

First, you must generate a time slot in the schedule and configure booking rights.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 1:  GO TO THE PLANNING AND CLICK ON THE REQUESTED TIME SLOT

The member is now registered!

If the client has no membership or units to be registered ...

A pop-up window notifies that the client has no membership or units required to register. You can then directly open the member file or make a sale from there.

Our teams can add a setting which prevents a member from registering on a time slot if there is already a valid booking on this time slot.

Ex.: For a member with a valid booking from 12 to 1, s/he is not allowed to book a class from 12.30 to 1.30.

If you wish this feature, please contact our customer service which will activate it.

To know how the member registered for an activity, go to the member file of the member concerned, and to the tab 'Bookings'. On the line 'Booking method', you can see whether the member registered online or at the club, also the name of the person who dealt with the registration at the club desk. The line 'Booking means' refers to how the member registered, with a membership or a pack.
