Problem-solving ideas: when a member has trouble registering for an activity

This article details the basic checks to perform when a member can’t register for an activity from the schedule. There are various possibilities you can see in this article.

coche.JPG1ST CASE: THE ERROR MESSAGE TELLS THE MEMBER DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED MEMBERSHIPS OR PACKAGES

Here, check two things:

  • From the booking rights, check the keywords and type of units granting access to the activity. To learn more about booking rights and how to use them, click HERE.
  • From the member file, check whether the member has the right keyword or the required unit to register (Pack tab).

Likely cause of error

If you just generated a membership in the catalogue but haven’t specified it as valid in the activities of the booking rights, you won’t be able to register the member for the activity in question. Remember to add the membership and the package.

coche.JPG2nd CASE: THE ERROR MESSAGE SAYS THAT, AS THE CLASS HAS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE, YOU CAN NO LONGER REGISTER SOMEONE FOR IT

In such a case, reach your Xplor Gym interlocutor for him/her to retroactively activate the registration.

coche.JPG3RD CASE: THE ERROR MESSAGE SAYS THAT THE REGISTRATION RESTRICTIONS AREN’T BEING FOLLOWED

In such a case, the problem might be the number of registrations made at the time the member registered. Check the booking rights configuration here again.
