The users' profile rights 🔍

The definition of the user's role is very important. Indeed, it defines what the user can see and do in the software. 

GOOD TO KNOW

This article explains what is defined by default for a user's profile when creating the club in the software. However, you can contact your Xplor Gym interlocutor to know whether it is possible to add, change or remove a feature for a precise role.

For example, if you want sales consultants not to be able to choose the differed payment for a member, it is possible to avoid them to do this action.

To get straight to the targeted role, just select the corresponding title.

• 'Sales consultant'
• 'Coach'
• 'Operational manager'
• 'Manager'
• 'Communication'
• 'Accountant'

ADMINISTRATOR ...

Role defined as 'Administration' at the level of the user.

What can be seen and done ?

> You can access the whole features in the software (except those needing a specific activation which will be identified by your Xplor Gym interlocutor when expressing your needs).

So you can see:
