The member area interface 🔍

In addition to online booking, the member area enables the client to update one’s details and check one’s current memberships and packages.

The client connects to his/her member area from https://member.resamania.uk.com/nameoftheclub.

He/she clicks on “Member Area” above his/her first name. Several tabs pop up:

  • Means of payment (if you subscribed to the Payline option)

ACCOUNT SETTINGS

In the “Account settings” tab, the member can view all information about him/her; details as well as communication preferences.

Except for the name, first name and date of birth, the client can amend his/her personal details. He/she can update his/her email address, phone numbers and postal address.

He/she can amend his/her password.

Finally, he/she can manage his/her communication preferences.

For example, he/she can choose to receive law information via mail and commercial information via email or text message.

BOOKINGS

In the “To come” tab, the member can view all coming registrations in the coming weeks.

The client can cancel his/her registration if restrictions concerning the activity allow it. An error message warns him/her when cancellation is no longer possible, for example if the advance deadline has passed.

In this tab, he/she can also view passed sessions to which he/she registered.

MEMBERSHIPS

In the “Memberships” tab, the member can view information about his/her memberships, options, etc…

In every membership can be found the start date and the end date, as well as subscribed options.

The member can also download his/her contract.

PACKS

In the “Packs” tab, the member can view the packages he/she purchased, as well as the number of remaining units and their validity period.

ORDER LIST

In the “Order list” tab, the client can view all his/her invoices and pay arrears online if the option has been activated.

INTERFACE SETTINGS

In the interface settings, you can choose the member area language. Spanish and French are available.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Once this feature is activated, the member can pay with a saved credit card and according to the settings, he/she may pay arrears.

NOTIFICATIONS

When the client logs in to the member area, s/he can see a tab 'Notifications' in the left menu.

In the case of notifications received but not read by the client, there is a figure at the level of the tab Notifications and on the right of the upper banner, just below the client's name.

When the client clicks on the tab Notifications in the menu, the list of received notifications is displayed.

Notifications marked with a red spot are not read yet. To open a notification, the client clicks on the arrow on the right. The notification is then considered as read. And the figure in the tab Notifications in the menu and on the right of the upper banner is updated.
