Members can book a class online directly from their member area. This article details how to.

STEP 1: CONNECTING TO ACCOUNT |
The member can connect to his/her member area with his/her login details. He/she is sent directly to the schedule.
From any page of the member area, the member can come back to this screen by clicking on “SCHEDULE” from the top menu.

STEP 2: SURFING ON THE SCHEDULE |
The schedule is divided into two parts:
- Search tabs
- Classes display according to searching
SEARCHING A CLASS
The member can filter his/her search for a class according to several criteria, among them are:
- The club
- The activity
- The time of the day
Two more criteria enable to filter by coach and only display the available classes.

BOOKING A CLASS
In the search result, the member can book a class by clicking on “Sign up”.
If the member doesn’t comply with the session restrictions, an error message pops up and shows the reason. It may be:
- the member doesn’t own a valid membership or pack;
- the member doesn’t comply with the advance deadline;
- the booking quota has been exceeded.
CONSULTING PAST AND FUTURE BOOKINGS
A member can consult his/her bookings from his/her member area.
In Bookings, past and future bookings may be found.
CANCELLING BOOKING
The member can cancel his/her booking to a class from his/her member area.
In Bookings, he/she can view his/her coming bookings. If the cancelling restrictions are complied with, the member can click on the “Cancel registration” button.
