The countermark campaign enables to create a partnership between the club and a company, when the company wishes to offer a product, a membership or a discount to its employees.
The club charged a group price to the company, enabling it to pay on behalf of its employees the total or discounted value of a batch of products from the catalogue. The company or its works council will get countermark codes its employees may use at the club. The club can also simply generate countermark codes without invoicing them to the company.
How does it work in a network
It is possible to create a countermark campaign from the node of a network which manages several clubs in a network. In this case, it is important that the whole elements which are part of / have a link with the countermark, can be seen by clubs which can receive the countermark codes issued from the campaign. Example:
1) In the case of a countermark concerning Club A and Club B, if the countermark includes a catalogue product which is positioned on a Club A (but not the Admin node) then the code could not be used in Club B.
2) If a client of Club A uses a code related to the company Bakery of the town and that the company Bakery of the town B is not positioned on Club A, then the client could use the countermark code but the company Bakery of Club B could not be seen on the member file.

STEP 1: GENERATE THE PRODUCT SOLD TO THE COMPANY
THE PRODUCT COMES FROM THE RESAMANIA CATALOGUE
The membership, package or product offered to the employees must be generated in the catalogue in the usual category.
For example, employees will benefit from a 10-multi visit pass package offered by the company. The package must be created in the Package category as usual. At this stage, the indicated price doesn’t matter.
GENERATE THE COUNTERMARK PRODUCT IN THE CATALOGUE
Go to the Countermark category in the catalogue.
The price of the product you created in the catalogue is in keeping with the pricing applied to the company or the works council. For now, you may configure it individually in the catalogue. The sold amount will be defined on the next stage.
STEP 2: CREATE THE COUNTERMARK TEMPLATE
From the Settings menu, go to the Countermark submenu, from the Templates tab, and create a countermark template.
Choose the countermark offer you need, among those previously generated in the catalogue.
Countermark invoiced or not ?
You may not wish to invoice the countermark campaign to a company but simply generate countermark codes to distribute them (without a BtB invoice). In this case, you can untick the box 'Invoiced countermark'
The content matches the amount paid by the final client.
Once saved, the template may be used several times by the club within the framework of partnerships with various companies.
STEP 3: PROVIDE THE COMPANY’S DETAILS AND ITS MEMBER FILE
Every time a prospect will use a countermark code offered by a company; the “Company” field of the member file will be automatically filled in with the name of the company which generated the countermark campaign.

Important
This step is not compulsory. If a company is created, a "CC" tag will appear on the member files.
In the example below, company A wants its employees to benefit from a countermark code enabling them to get a 10-unit package for free.
You must create the “Company A” by clicking on Add a company from the Works council screen.
You must provide the name of the company (Company A) and all necessary information (non-mandatory) such as the company’s details.
In addition to the company’s details, provide the reason why the company was recorded. This piece of information has no impact whatsoever. It is for information purpose only.
Then, please click on Save.
Provide now the company’s details.
To do this, click on the company’s name. Next in the “Contact” category, click on “+ add as new contact”.
Then, specify the contact’s name.
CAUTION
The contact must be recorded as prospect in the Resamania client data base. To learn how to create a member file, read this article.
You must then provide the person’s status within the company as well as their validity period.
Several contacts may be added to one company.
STEP 4: LAUNCH THE COUNTERMARK CAMPAIGN
The company A decided to purchase 200 countermark codes, each amounting to a 10-unit package for its employees.
To launch the countermark campaign, please go to the Countermark menu, then the Campaign category. Then, please click on “Creating a campaign”.
You must then provide the different information regarding the campaign.
NAME OF THE CAMPAIGN
To implement the Countermark campaign, provide its name.
TEMPLATE
Choose the campaign template you will have previously generated.
CUSTOMER OR EXTERNAL CONTACT PERSON
Provide the company’s or its contact person’s member file.
DATES ON WHICH THE CAMPAIGN WAS LAUNCHED
Provide the dates on which the campaign was launched. It corresponds to the validity period of the codes offered to the company’s employees.
AMOUNT OF SOLD ITEMS
It is the number of 10-unit packages provided for the company, that is the number of issued countermark codes.
STATUS OF THE CAMPAIGN
Once you provided the information above and the campaign is properly configured, activate it by clicking on the activation button.
STEP 5: AFTER ACTIVATING THE CAMPAIGN, THE COUNTERMARK CODES AND THE INVOICE OF THE SALE WILL BE AVAILABLE
THE INVOICE OF THE CAMPAIGN
When activating and saving the campaign, an invoice amounting to the total amount paid by the company will be automatically created on the company’s or its contact person’s member file.
This invoice is in debt status and must be paid by the company. When the company pays the invoice, you’ll only have to add the payment on the member file.

WARNING
As Resamania is a certified billing application Btoc and non Btob, the invoice is viewable so as to be saved in the club’s accounting. However, it has no legal value and can’t be sent to the company.
EXPORTING COUNTERMARK CODES
To download the list of codes the company transmitted to its employees, click on Exporting codes.
The codes open in a notebook: the company can transmit them to its employees.
