How to connect the tablet to Xplor Gym when signing contracts?

With Xplor Gym, you can have your clients sign their contracts on a touchscreen tablet. The tablet may either be connected directly to your computer or it may be totally autonomous.

STEP 1: GO TO THE “CONNECTION TO SCREEN” TAB

Connect to Xplor Gym and go to the “Settings” tab in the main menu.

Then, click on “Screen connection”

STEP 2: OPEN THE SIGNATURE WINDOW

 A. If you’ve connected the tablet to your computer, click on “Open the touch screen window”. A tab opens, you can now drag and drop the window in the remote screen.

B. If your tablet is autonomous, you can open a browser (conveniently Chrome) and open the page indicated below

STEP 3: CONNECT THE TABLET TO YOUR COMPUTER

Copy the code indicated in the window of the touch screen in your main screen. This code will enable you to connect your screen to your computer.

STEP 4: CONFIRM CONNECTION

Click on the “Connect your device” button on your main screen.

Then click on “Start” on the remote screen.

Your screen is ready to receive your clients’ signatures!
The connection between your computer and the touch screen is saved until you switch off the computer or unplug the tablet.
