You have recently sold a membership and wish to know when and how much the member will pay. You can get it in the member file. The following article will teach you how…
STEP 1: GO TO MEMBERSHIP IN THE MEMBER FILE
Open the member file, select the three dots and Memberships.
STEP 2: CONSULT THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE OF THE MEMBERSHIP
Select the three dots in the membership, then Consult the payment schedule steps.
The payment schedule pops up.
Information
More features may be applied from the three dots. For example, Edit the Direct Debit day or the amount of a payment.
STEP 3 - GENERATE (AND PRINT) A MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT SCHEDULE
It is possible to generate a membership payment schedule, no matter if the Direct Debits are yearly, monthly or weekly.
The objective of this document is to know how much the member will pay every month over a period (by default 12 months are displayed, but this can be changed). It can also be used a proof of address for example. Goodwill gestures, terminations and suspensions are taken into account in the amounts shown.
To generate a payment schedule, open Memberships in the member file and select the expected membership. Select the three dots and 'Print the Direct Debit schedule'.
In the next window you can find the name of the membership concerned and the direct debit start/end dates.
When the document is generated I can choose the date
It is possible to generate a payment schedule with past direct debits.
It is possible to generate a payment schedule with future direct debits, up to one year.
When the document is being generated, you can add information related to the membership options:
By default, the membership option(s) is(are) ticked and appear(s) in the generated document, the total amount due corresponding to 'Membership+Option(s)'. It is possible to untick these boxes if you do not want the options to be shown in the document, the total amount due corresponding then to 'Membership'.
Useful information
In the case of a yearly option, this option will always be active in the document, even if the member pays for it only one month. Only the total of the month when the member pays for it will be different in the payment schedule.
