To activate the online shop
Contact the person in charge of account at Resamania to provide a quote and activate the online shop.

STEP 1: THE MEMBER CLICKS ON “SHOP” ONCE IN THE MEMBER AREA |
Once connected, the SHOP button enables to begin the purchasing path.
STEP 2: THE MEMBER CHOOSES HIS/HER ASSOCIATED CLUB
The member chooses his/her associated club in the drop-down menu.
STEP 3: THE MEMBER CHOOSES WHAT HE/SHE WISHES TO BUY
The member chooses the best suited membership. A reminder of his/her active memberships is displayed. The member can choose the start date of his/her membership, then he/she can view the cart and place his/her order.
STEP 4: THE MEMBER PROVIDES HIS/HER DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE
The member provides his/her Direct Debit mandate (Name, IBAN and SWIFT). He/she clicks on “Validate the authorisation”.
STEP 5: THE MEMBER SIGNS HIS/HER MEMBERSHIP
The member can then download his/her contract and then electronically sign it with a code sent via text message.
Once the code is provided in the corresponding field, the member can make a payment.
STEP 6: THE MEMBER MAKES A PAYMENT
The member can make a bank card payment
The member is then sent to the payment interface to make a payment.
The member can use a credit note or an overpayment from the member area.
If the member has a credit note to use or an overpayment, it can used to make a purchase online or pay debts. Be careful : concerning clubs in a network, the credit note or the overpayment can only be used in the online shop of the club where it was generated. The member could not use the credit note or the overpayment of Club A to pay an item in the online shop of Club B.
The member can pay later at the club desk.
The member can validate a purchase made in the online shop and pay later at the club desk. An invoice will be generated in the member's member file.
