How to sell your products online?

Whether in the case of the online shop or online joining, you may decide what products you wish to sell online and customise the way the latter will be displayed in the members'interface.

GOOD TO KNOW

If excluding STEP 1, the process is very similar to making a product viewable in the online shop or to online joining. Be careful! A product that is viewable in the online shop is not necessarily viewable in the online joining interface. You must activate it in both.

 STEP 1: GO TO SETTINGS > MEMBERS AREA

Go to: Settings > Customisation > Members area.

STEP 2: SELECT THE MENU ONLINE JOINING OR MEMBERS'SHOP

When activating an offer in the member area, it is important to distinguish between these two options:

How to make the difference between Online Joining and Members' Shop? 🔎

✅Online Joining

• Offer visible on Online Joining, online.
• Involves a person entirely new to the club.
• Does not yet exist in the Xplor Gym database, including as a prospect.
• Allows you to create a member file at the same time as taking out a membership.

✅Members' Shop

• Offer visible on Members' Shop accessible in the member area;
• For anyone who already has a member file in the club.
• Enables you to add a new membership or offer to a member who has already registered.

STEP 3: SELECT AND ACTIVATE PRODUCTS IN THE MEMBER AREA

Click on the line containing the details of the products to be opened for sale in the online shop or the online joining.

You then choose to make the offer visible in the shop and, if necessary, to display the offer at the top of the list.

STEP 4: SELECT THE INFORMATION AND THE WAY THE PRODUCT WILL BE DISPLAYED ONLINE

Name and description of the sold product

You can choose a name in the back office catalogue that may be different from the online name. And so can you as far as the description is concerned.

Display only one image

You may also display only one image without any caption, by clicking on “Display only one image”. Careful! Only one image will be displayed then. You still have the possibility to provide further information regarding the membership with the “I”.

Concerning online joining and the on-line shop, rendering will be the following:

If you tick this box, only the name and description of the membership will be viewable.

You can also add some text or images in the membership insert. You can do this by clicking on the corresponding field in the settings:

Customising additional information

On every product, an “I” (further details) is available.

Its content is manageable from “Customising additional information”.

The piece of information or the image will pop up when clicking on the “I” (further details).

Once customisation is completed, please click on save. The product will now be viewable in the online shop and be available for sale.
