How to implement stock management concerning a product?

The stock management enables to know where we stand regarding shop products and entry passes, in comparison to what was sold. When stock management is properly configured, a precise monitoring of what is left is possible. You may implement a blocking process when a non-available product was sold.

To manage the stock of entry passes, the process is similar. During the last step, you simply need to provide the stock debit in the corresponding Entry pass category of the catalogue).

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 1: ADD A STOCK MANAGEMENT FEATURE

To manage a product stock, the first step consists in configuring the stock in the MANAGEMENT menu. To do this, please go to the submenu Stock, then click on +Add a stock.

Then you must name the stock and add, if necessary, a description. For example, here, we’re going to create a stock of Entry passes created as Shop product in this article. Then, click on Save.

Once saved, the stock is viewable in the interface.
