How to know how many of each memberships were sold?

To know which memberships are the best-selling ones this month, the quickest way to
proceed is to use the list of sales and compare it with the number of results you’ll get
according to the various memberships.

STEP 1: GO TO THE LIST OF SALES

In the Management menu, please go to Financial data, then, the list of sales.

STEP 2: CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE FILTERS

Please open the “Filter” category:

You must then open the filters and provide the name of the membership type we are interested in. There is also the option to search by a particular surname, first name or member number, as shown under 'sales' in the above screenshot.

To filter the sales period, please choose the dates accordingly:

Once all criteria are selected, the number of Anytime Access Direct Debit Memberships shows in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Here the result is 8.

TO KNOW

You may export the result as a spreadsheet file by clicking on the three small dots then,
“export the 200 first results.”

To learn which memberships are the best-selling ones, you just have to compare the
number of results according to each type of membership.
