How to know about the current number of members with a precise membership ?

Do you want to know how many members have a membership 'Aqua' and how many members have a membership 'Collective sessions' these days ? This article is made for you.

Prerequisite

1) When creating the catalogue products, you should think of setting a key word (tag) specific to the membership and which cannot be associated with another membership. For example : on the membership "Collective sessions", you can set the tag 'collectsession' and on the membership 'superheroes', you can set the tag 'superheroes'.

2) Get to know how to use the module of one-off campaigns which enables to extract the Excel file from a list of targeted clients. To know more about it, see this article.

STEP 1 : I DEFINE THE SEARCH TARGET

The filters to be chosen are the club(s) of the members concerned by the search and the tag corresponds to the expected membership, here the membership with the tag 'anytimeaccess'.

STEP 2 : I CHOOSE THE EXPECTED INFORMATION IN THE EXCEL FILE

For example, in the current case, I choose to show the members' surnames and first names.

STEP 3 : I LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF RESULTS AND EXTRACT THE FILE IF NEEDED

The number of results is indicated at the bottom left, that is the number of lines.

Clicking on then for an excel export, I can get the file containing the list of people.

That's it, now you know that ..... people have the tag 'anytimeaccess' and have a membership then.
