How to generate a reusable communication template?

The Smartmessaging module gives to clubs the opportunity to generate reusable communication templates when configuring Smartmessaging campaigns. 

Reminder: what is a communication template in Resamania?

A communication template in Resamania V2 is the content and format of the email or text message received by the last member. 

The communication template is chosen by the person configuring the campaign as detailed below (applicable to one-off campaigns as well).

STEP 1: GO TO THE “MESSAGE TEMPLATE” MENU IN THE SMARTMESSAGING MODULE

From the Message templates menu, please click on to generate a new template. 

Then fill in the various fields concerning the template.

Please go to the Message templates menu and click on +.

Then fill in the various fields below:

• Name of the template (for internal use only)
• Its description (for internal use only, any useful information)
• Is the template applicable to all types of campaigns? 
• Otherwise, choose the campaign in question
• Type of communication: email or text message
• Chosen template

According to the last choice, you simply have to write a template if it is a common one or modify the html tags if needed.

Please save, the template is now created and may be found easily when configuring campaigns.
