The Resamaps module enables a member to access the sports equipment booking service (bike, yoga mat, punching bag and step) from Resamania member area or the back office.
CAUTION
To activate this feature, please reach the person in charge of account to provide a quote. Then, contact your Resamania interlocutor to know what information is required to activate this feature
STEP 1: FROM THE RESOURCES, LINK THE ROOM LAYOUT WITH THE STUDIOS AND ACTIVITIES
From the Settings, go to Resources (Schedule and Booking tab), then to Session plan.
GOOD TO KNOW
You can implement several studios and activities in the same room layout. On the other hand, at least one activity and one studio must be configured.
STEP 2: LINK THE ROOM LAYOUT WITH THE ACTIVITY TIME SLOT
In the time slot of the schedule, all you have to do is add the chosen room layout to the activity time slot from the Time slot plan tab.
How to view the room layout and manage the equipment availability…
From the activity time slot, click on Manage the session. You may then deactivate the availability of an item. You just have to click on the blue tick.
You can zoom in on the room layout with the “+” or “-“ icon.
HOW TO BOOK OR HAVE AN ITEM BOOKED?
From the back office…
To register someone from the back office, you just have to click on Manage the session and then add a participant on the item.
From the member area…
Once registered, the member can choose the item.
