To be able to sell on Xplor Gym, you must give the information regarding the legal entity of your club(s) to your contact at Xplor Gym. They will be required at the very beginning of the implementation of the software program. The following article reminds you what kind of information are needed.

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE ORGANIZATIONAL FORM
> Legal entity code: the legal entity code is chosen by the club. It is indicated at the head of the invoice or payment reference and shows the first three letters of your club.
Ex: WRH for Warriors House
> Club account code: it refers to account suffix. It is necessary if you belong to a network using analytical accounting.
> Club business name: it refers to the name of the company and its legal nature.
> Club details: it refers to the address, postcode, city and country of the legal entity (i.e. the club or its head office).
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE FINANCIAL STRUCTURE
In any case, you must transmit the following extra information:
> Bank name
> VAT number
INFORMATION CONCERNING DIRECT DEBITS
In this case, you must transmit the following extra information:
> Bank name
> Your SUN
If there are several legal entities, you must inform accurately the person in charge of implementation what will be invoiced by which legal entity.
