A_SAVOIR.JPGCASE # 2 - THE MEMBERSHIP STARTED MORE THAN ONE YEAR AGO ...

When selling a direct debit membership the start date of which was more than one year ago, you need to activate the automatic renewal as many times as it should have turned since the sale of the membership until now.

Functioning of the tacit renewal

To learn about the automatic renewal and how it works, please read this article.

REMINDER: FROM AN ACCOUNTING PERSPECTIVE, THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE

Even if such feature is available, it is not advised to sell a backdated membership. If the membership has already been sold in another application, the turnover will be observed a second time in the current month and two invoices will be generated.

IN WHICH CASE AND HOW TO USE IT ?

In the case of the sale of a direct debit membership with the start date in the past, you need to make the automatic renewal turn as many times as it should have turned before last year.
