A new client arrives at the club with a countermark code, how to proceed ?

A countermark campaign was made between Company A and your club. One of the company's employee takes advantage of one countermark code and would like to use it. This article explains how to proceed.

When the launch of the countermark campaign is over, the company should have sent the countermarks codes to employees for them to use.

If you still haven't set your company countermark campaign, please click here.

Here are some examples of countermark codes :

I create the member file of the client who received the countermark code. This client will take advantage of a free 12-session package (paid by the company)

To know how to create a member file, please see this article.

DRAPEAU.JPGSTEP 2 : I ADD THE COUNTERMARK CODE TO THE MEMBER FILE

I click on 'Make a sale' then inform about the countermark code given to the person who got the discount. Next I find out the catalogue product which is offered by the member's company.

I click on Add the countermark to the basket.

The basket gets updated with the product received by the person and the remaining amount to pay (here,120). In the case of a discount taken by the company, the client would only pay the part which is not paid by the company.

I finalise the sale as I usually do. Now, the member benefits from a 12-session pack.

mceclip6.pngThe field "Company" in the member file is automatically filled.

If the part concerning the contact of the company or the company is properly configured beforehand, (see the article about the creation of a countermark campaign HERE), the field "Company" on the member file gets updated with the name of the company which bought the countermark codes to the club.
