How to carry out a cash transfer?

You wish to carry out a cash transfer in Xplor Gym to pay an external purchase or a
supplier. This article details how to do this.

1 ST OPTION: USE THE CHECKOUT AND SAFE DEPOSIT BOX TRANSFERS

To carry out a cash transfer in the application, you may use the checkout and safe deposit
box transfers.

First of all, you must determine whether you wish to carry out a cash transfer from the
checkout to the safe, or from the safe deposit box to the checkout as far as accounting is
concerned. Both options are equally good.

• A transfer to the safe deposit box: you carry out a transfer from the checkout to the

• A transfer from the checkout to the bank: you carry out a transfer from the checkout
  to the safe, then from the safe to the bank. To learn how to transfer cash from the

2 ND OPTION: GENERATE A CREDIT NOTE AND REIMBURSE

Prerequisite

Please create an “External purchase” item equal to £0 in the catalogue.

When the cash transfer is complete, you may sell the £0 item in the member file, 
External purchase.
Then, create a goodwill gesture 'Credit Note' equal to the amount of the cash transfer and refund the
