Your yo yo badge isn’t working. What to do?

Your yo yo Entry pass doesn’t switch on anymore or the cards connected to your yo yo Entry pass get blocked. What to do to solve the problem?

green_flag.JPGSTEP 1: PERFORM THE BASIC CHECKS

It must be plugged on a USB port and your computer must be connected to Xplor Gym application. A round blue light must be on.  

To identify the problem, you may plug your yo yo on another USB port of your computer or another computer. 

coche.JPGCHECK THE ACTIVE KEYPAD 

Your yo yo works like a keypad: to be able to read numbers and letters in Xplor Gym Entry pass code, the NUM lock or the shift key must be active. 


coche.JPGTEST YOUR YO YO 

Open the notebook of your computer, scan a card to check how the reader writes on the sheet. The code must display as follows: ##RC##0000000012345DE7## or $$RC$$0000000012345DE7$$

green_flag.JPGSTEP 2: IF THE PROBLEM REMAINS, RESET YOUR YO YO

Configure your yo yo with an application provided for the purpose. 

This is the software that need to be installed: the RFID Scanner Configuration Tool.

Follow these steps with the configuration file

The reader will appear in the list and after selecting OK it's done.

You may try again your yo yo on another computer. If it’s working, the problem comes from your computer. 

Or the problem may come from your yo yo Entry pass.
