You want to make sure your client well-received and did read an email or a notification issued from a one-off communication.
STEP 1: GO TO THE MEMBER FILE
Once on the member file, go to the Communication tab. You will find all communications sent via Smartmessaging. You may track messages issued from one-off communications.
STEP 2: YOU CAN ACCESS INFORMATION FROM A COMMUNICATION
At first glance, you may see if the member has received the message well and read it thanks to the “Read” and “Not read” notes.
By clicking on the line in question, you can see the detailed message.
