You want to check whether your clients have duly received an email or a notification from an automated communication and if they read it.
STEP 1: GO TO THE MEMBER FILE
Once on the member file, go to the Communication tab. There you will find the list of all communications sent by Smartmessaging.
You may track emails or notifications from an automated campaign.
STEP 2: TO LEARN MORE DETAILS ON THE SENT COMMUNICATION
You can quickly know whether the client has duly received the communication and if the email has been read > “Read” or “Not read” notes.
By clicking on the line in question, the detailed message is viewable.
