You wish to know how many clients were affected by your automated campaign, as well as the number of sent messages and opened messages.
STEP 1: GO TO THE HOME PAGE OF THE AUTOMATED CAMPAIGNS
You will find all the automated campaigns you carried out and sent.
STEP 2: GO TO THE HISTORY
On the line of the campaign whose history you want to view, click on the three dots :
Then select “History” :
One or several lines appear (if the campaign was sent several times) with the following information:
- Date on which the campaign was sent
- The person who carried out the campaign
- The number of people targeted by the campaign
- The communication template sent (SMS, email or Notification)
- The number of sent messages
- The number of opened messages
- The openness rate
- The club to which the campaign was intended
- The type of communication that was sent
First you wil have a global view on the history.
Good to know
For each created campaign, if you open its history with the three-dot menu, the column 'Template' specifies it is a notification. In this case, no opening rate of this notification is provided in the history.
STEP 3: IF YOU WANT MORE DETAILS ON THE CAMPAIGN
You may get more details on the campaign whose shipping history you look up.
Click on the small eye at the end of the line of the history to view the information you need.
You may also export the list of recipients again from the download pictogram.
