A member’s access is blocked. How to proceed?

You have just allocated an Entry Pass to a new member but their access is blocked. What shall you do to solve the problem? This article details how to proceed.

Please go to Club screen or Lists. Then, please scan the member’s Entry Pass on the reader.

It may happen if the member has just registered. The pass hasn’t synchronised yet with Xplor Gym.  In such case, you may wait for about 5 minutes and try again. If it still doesn’t work, please reset the Resabox.

The access doesn’t match the schedule. If they should be able to enter, then the access control configuration needs to be checked. To learn how to do this, please read this article.

The member is not allowed to scan this reader as they don’t have the tags. Please check the membership or the way it was configured or the access control to make sure the tag has been provided.

As long as this alert hasn’t been solved or deactivated, the person won’t be able to enter.
