Online joining : the member's path 🔍

Thanks to online joining, prospects can book from Xplor Gym member area at your club. That is, their member file can be generated with full autonomy if they purchase a product, a membership or a pack.

Activating the module

To activate this module, please reach the person in charge of account at Resamania.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 3: CLIENTS CHOOSE THEIR OFFER

The client chooses the product he/she wishes to purchase.

To block the starting date of memberships on the opening date of the club, please contact your Resamania counsellor. For example, if you set the 5/08 as the opening date, from now to the 5/08, for each sale of a membership, the starting date will be the 5/08. It will not be possible to activate the membership earlier. From the 5/08, you could choose a later starting date, in this case, it will be the date of the sale of the membership.

Once he/she chose, he/she can confirm the cart and the general terms and conditions of sale.

Restrictions on the offers and personal information

A double checking of the member's information is made when the offer is put into the basket, and also when completing the registration in order to make sure the member matches with the criteria to access the offer (example: restriction on the age and change in the age between the form containing personal information and the final completion of the online joining path).

Has the member already started the online joining path but has not completed it ?

Her/His email address (or ID card number for Spain) might already exist. In this case, an error message pops up to inform the member they can go back or reset their password to get to the member area.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 4: CLIENTS PROVIDE THEIR PERSONAL DETAILS

  • Here, the client must provide the following information. It may not be compulsory sometimes when registering in the back office but here, it is.
For example, the phone number is compulsory, as the contract will have to be electronically signed in the following steps.

Field management - Additions and compulsory fields đź’ˇ

Some fields can be added (company, emergency contact) depending on your club's needs. Others can be removed, such as the photo. Other information such as the emergency contact or the company is requested, but not compulsory (unless you want us to make it compulsory).

  • The photo is not a compulsory step; members can skip it if they wish. It is also possible, depending on the configuration of your club, to omit this stage altogether.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 10: CLIENTS CHOOSE A MEANS OF PAYMENT AND SAVE THEIR REGISTRATION

This screen depends on what has been implemented for the instance. Here you may choose between paying online by bank card or paying directly at the club. It is possible to show both or one or the other.

mceclip10.png

The client is now properly registered. He/she can connect to the member area via his/her email and password, already defined in the previous steps above. He/she can also book activities if his/her membership allows it.

If the client does not proceed a purchase...

The member file and the client's information are saved in the database. If this client comes back and decides to purchase, they repeat the process: if their email address or ID card number is already existing, they will be invited to log in to the member area to proceed the purchase (with the option of resetting their password).

green_tick.pngClients can use a credit note or an overpayment from the member area.

If the client has a credit note to use or an overpayment, it can used to make a purchase online or pay debts. Be careful : concerning clubs in a network, the credit note or the overpayment can only be used in the online shop of the club where it was generated. The member could not use the credit note or the overpayment of Club A to pay an item in the online shop of Club B.
