There are two ways to have members sign their contracts and Direct Debit mandates when selling memberships (or after selling if you chose “To be signed later”).
- The member may sign on a touch screen (tablet or computer).
- A code is sent via text message. Once the code is entered in the interface, the contract is considered as signed.
This article also explains how to sign a Direct Debit mandate.
Recommendation
Signing with the tablet: you can purchase a tablet adapted to electronic signing from our commercial department.
Signing with SMS code: to activate this option, you’ll have to purchase SMS packs. Please contact the support or implementation department to activate text credits. The X SMS pack will be paid at the end of the month.
Signing the membership contract or the pack
When selling the contract or from the member file, a member can sign his/her membership contract.
How to configure and organise what is displayed when signing ?
Go to Settings > Clubs > Signing documents . Then tick the boxes corresponding to the type of signature you want and arrange the display by moving lines.
When signing the contract, a window opens. According to the configuration you have set in Settings > Clubs > Signing documents.
Text message signature
When clicking on Send code by text message, the member receives a text including a code:
The code must be filled in the provided field.
Once the signature is saved, the sale is completed.
The text message signature is displayed as follows:
Touch screen signature
The member signs directly on the touch screen of his/her tablet or computer.
Once the signature is saved, the sale is completed.
The contract signature by SMS code is then displayed like this:

In this case, even after the sale has been completed, it will be possible to sign the contract from the Membership tab at membership level OR from the Financial tab at Invoice level > Three dots > Sign contract:
Signing the Direct Debit mandate
During the sale or from the member file, the member’s bank details must be provided. Only then he/she shall Sign the mandate.
When signing the mandate, a window opens. According to the configuration you have set in Settings > Clubs > Signing documents.

The Direct Debit mandate is signed in the same fashion as the membership contract. The chosen option is showed on the document.
Difference between contract signature and Direct Debit mandate.
The two signatures will always remain two different things. The member signs two documents and the two signatures are distinctly viewable on each document.
