Your yoyo no longer works. You’re unable to allocate badges to clients. What to do then?

 
There are several things you must check:

green_tick_in_a_circle.png The yoyo must be connected to the USB port of the computer and a blue light must be visible.

green_tick_in_a_circle.png The computer must have a numeric keypad so you must be able to input numbers easily. The shift key must be off and the keyboard must be an QWERTY keyboard.

green_tick_in_a_circle.png Please put the cursor on the note-book of your computer. When scanning a badge, the code displaying must be ##RC##0000000012345DE7##.
