How to set up the Entry indicator?

The Entry indicator on the Dashboard enables to know how many members entered throughout the current day, week or month at the entry points of the club. Members’ entries are counted individually, that is to say, a member who would enter twice the same day would be counted only once.

To configure the Entry indicator as you wish, you just have to activate it as any other indicator.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 2: GO TO THE INDICATOR SETTINGS

From the indicator settings, you may indicate the calculation you need to apply.

Specify here whether you wish to take valid entries or blocked entries into account or if you wish to note the number of entries on every entry point or only one.

You may name the indicator from the indicator information, so as to know which calculation it is.

TO KNOW: TO LEARN THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES ON VARIOUS ACCESS POINTS

You may duplicate these indicators to keep track of the attendance in different zones of the club.

For example, “global attendance” will count entries in the club and “group lesson attendance” will count entries by the tripod granting access to the group class room.
