To communicate with members about the club reopening, the one-off campaign is your best associate !
STEP 1 - GO TO ONE-OFF CAMPAIGNS
Go to Smartmessaging and to the one-off campaigns.
STEP 2 - NAME AND SEGMENT THE CAMPAIGN
For example, we can filter on people who are part of the club and who have a 'member' status.
STEP 3 - DEFINE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LIST OF RECIPIENTS
The list will contain the elements 'Name, First name, Email address and Club name'.
Then select . When you get to the list, select Actions and choose to send an email or an SMS.
STEP 4 - WRITE , LAY OUT AND SEND THE EMAIL
