Future bookings: how to prevent your members from registering for more than X classes to come?

You can now grant a limited number of coming registrations.

Example: the member is allowed to register for three activities in future time slots. If he/she tries to register for a fourth activity, he will be blocked and will have to wait for one of the three lessons to have already taken place.

STEP 1: ADD THE REGISTRATION RESTRICTION BY PRE-REGISTRATION

Please go to the Settings > Schedule and bookings > Booking rights.

You can add the restriction to the Activities or Memberships and Packs.

STEP 2: OPERATE THE RESTRICTION

You must then limit the pre-registrations.

For example, in the screenshot below, the member will be allowed to attend the activity once a week but he won’t be allowed to have more than 3 active registrations to come.
